Today, my varied and atypical background means that I can approach care and contribute to the well-being of my patients with many strings to my bow!

I first did a CFC in beautician, followed by a diploma in professional make-up artist in Paris. I continued my studies later, becoming a medical assistant. My various professional experiences then led me to study foot reflexology and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Thanks to this rich background of life and experience, I’ve been able to acquire skills based on different therapeutic approaches. I’ve always favored a holistic approach to the human being, because I’m convinced that the psychic, the physical and our self-image are intimately linked, and that the balance of all three is essential to good health and mental well-being. My approach is to help the people I work with identify their resources and learn how to use them.

At the OTIUM Center, I offer reflexology treatments and run skin care and make-up workshops, to help our clients reclaim their bodies and their image, and reconnect with pleasure and sensuality.

Indeed, I think it’s important for people to be able to reconnect with their bodies in a gentle way!
