Resilience group
Michel’s tesimony
Seeking to be more in tune with my emotions, I became interested in mindfulness meditation and stress reduction as part of the program offered by the OTIUM Center.
This practice brought me closer to myself, but not in the way I’d imagined. Instead of acting as an individual, I perceived another form of energy.
So I pursued this path by taking the resilience course.
I joined an already formed group of 3 people, accompanied by another participant from the mindfulness course.
I felt this energy again on my first appearance, and this time in a more precise, more touching, more intense way; it’s the energy of the band, a revelation.
Talking to others about our feelings has a therapeutic effect that’s hard to imagine before we experience it; those who feel separated don’t have the same ability to pull themselves out of illness.
It’s very stimulating to feel the benevolence and non-judgment in a real and sincere group exchange that shares experiences touching all facets of life.
We leave our singularity for a different perception that personally helps me to discover my humanity and makes me forget my focus on myself.
It builds confidence, it’s genuinely satisfying, and I hope it continues.
The latest news is that the group is expanding… Thanks to Boaz for his work and his attentiveness.
