As designer Nathalie Rossel points out, “listening to your heart beat” is about falling in love, about living in the moment, but above all, it’s about “being”..

“Rome est une femme”, de Michel Chevallier

In the Rome of 1935, riven by Fascist violence, Cesare, barely out of childhood, searches for himself, between imperial vestiges, the mottled whiteness of churches, political propaganda and one-day encounters. His mentor, Commissario Gaetano, leads him through an investigation into the murder of a young girl, which for Cesare becomes a journey of discovery into his sexuality and origins. Everything changes when the solution to the crime brings Cesare and Gaetano face to face with the head of all the regime’s police forces, who turns them into unwitting accomplices.
